customers plenty of choice in the depth and bite when it comes choosing their favourite brew.
No default strains that do little more than create alcohol for us! We take the road less travelled in search of yeast strains bred for complex, more interesting side flavours.
Our locally sourced water brings forward the character of our hops, giving our beers the elegant bite not found in mass-produced beers.
