Taphouse Patio Policies

We will be opening our patio with limited capacity, reduced hours, and following all safety guidelines provided by the government including enhanced disinfecting and social distancing measures. Please be patient with us during this time. We can’t wait to see all of your faces again.

Guest Policy

  • Maximum of 6 people per table
  • One guest from each table will be required to provide their name and contact information
  • No pets allowed
  • Guests will be asked to follow floor signs to help maintain social distancing and prevent clusters
    • Take-out – White
    • Patio – Black
    • Washrooms - Orange

    Walk-In Policy

    • In the event of a walk-in, the host will provide the customer an estimated wait time and ask the customer to provide their phone #
    • Customers will be asked to wait in their vehicles until their table is ready
    • The host will call the customer when the table is ready

    Reservation Policy

    • We will be booking reservations in 2hr intervals to help avoid clusters of arriving and/or waiting guests

    Payment Policy

    • We will only be accepting debit and credit transactions

    Rain Policy

    • In the event of a forecast for rain, employees will inform guests on the forecast and the procedure if rain prevails
    • If it begins to rain, customers will be provided take out containers and asked to pay their bills
    • If rain begins before customers can pay their bill on the patio, they will be invited into the Taphouse and can pay at the bar
    • When lining up at the bar, we will ask guests to wait in the take-out line (white tape)
    • For guests who are waiting for others to pay their bills will be asked to wait off to the side by the Mezz Stairs and asked to maintain social distancing
    • We will continue to offer take-out in the event of rain

    Friday: 3pm-10pm
    Saturday: 11:30am-10pm
    Sunday: 11:30am-8pm
