Shipping & Delivery Policy

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY:

Free local Delivery is restricted to Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas (exact places detailed below) on orders $50.00 or more. On orders under $50.00 a $10.00 flat rate fee applies.

Delivery is restricted to 473ml 24-can packs of all brands (all prices include tax and deposit).

• Paris/ Ayr/ Glen Morris/ Brantford/ Saint George/ Osborn corners/Bruces/Branchton/Orr's lake/Shep's subdivision - Wednesday (11am-8pm)
• St. Jacobs/ Elmira/ Elora/ Fergus/ Conestogo/ Heidelberg/ St. Clements/ Hawkesville/ Wallenstein/ West Montrose/ Winterbourne/ Inverhaugh/ Salem/ Ennotville/ Ponsonby/ Ariss/ Weissenburg – Friday (12pm – 8pm)

Before a delivery day, orders must be received before 11am or they will be pushed to the next delivery day.

Example: If you live in Waterloo and place your order after 11am on Friday, your order will be delivered Tuesday.

We do not offer same day delivery.

Please leave instructions if you will be home after a specific time on your delivery day.

We will notify you via email that your order has been received.

You will receive a delivery notification email the day of your delivery reminding you of our delivery policy and that your order is on the way.

Customers are required to be home during the delivery time and present valid ID of 19+.

ONTARIO-WIDE DELIVERIES:

Deliveries outside the local delivery area (refer to detailed list of locations above) will be shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel or Xpresspost (please select your preference at check-out.) Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Delivery is restricted to 473ml 24-can packs of all brands (all prices include tax and deposit).

The maximum beer quantity we ship is 24- 473 ml cans per order (one flat). If an order exceeds this amount, Waterloo Brewing will contact the customer to adjust quantity, or cancel the order, if that is their preference.

Orders are processed by Waterloo Brewing within 1-3 business days of purchase date. And deliveries will take up to 8 business days, depending on the delivery method selected at check-out. *Delivery times can be affected by high parcel volumes and changes in Canada Post.

You must provide government-issued ID to verify your age and identity upon delivery.

You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email. If you do not receive one, contact us at orders@waterloobrewing.com.
