Ben has been with Waterloo Brewing for 5 years. He has been described as a “machine” — he strives to get as much done as he can in a single day. He actively supports his team and will drop anything if he’s asked to help. Ben is a great leader and encourages his team to work independently, while helping and teaching as needed. He is confident when sharing his opinions on how operations can run more smoothly. He’s a real team player!
