The Boar Award | Josh Maidment, Taphouse Cook

Josh is always thinking of ways to improve the processes in the kitchen. He has taken on some leadership within our partnership with Chef D, and often asks how he can be more helpful and take on more responsibility. Josh always takes responsibility for any of the few mistakes he makes. If he does make a mistake, he learns quickly and ensures it only happens once. He also patiently trains new hires. He demonstrates his great work ethic and shows support for their accomplishments as they grow. Josh ensures he creates a happy and positive work environment for everyone he works with!
