In just under a year of working with us, Ryan has proved to be a great teammate! He’s always prepared for meetings and actively participates. He takes his role very seriously and constantly communicates with his supervisors about ways to improve efficiency. He often shows initiative without being asked. He’s a real asset!

What’s your favourite thing about being part of the Waterloo crew?
I love to work together as a team both within the quality department, and with interdepartmental groups like brewing, packaging, and maintenance. There is plenty to do – and I enjoy a challenge from time-to-time.

What are you a big fan of?
Toronto Maple Leafs, ecology, hiking

What’s a fun fact about yourself?
Lately, I’ve been trying (slowly but surely) to learn a little bit of computer programming.
