Although Rae is relatively new to Waterloo Brewing, she has already made a positive impact. Always smiling and helping others, Rae is a great example of our culture! She supports and actively helps others in their day to day and is excellent at building positive relationships. Rae asks lots of questions and is genuinely interested in the answers. She finds the best solution to a problem, not the easy one. She is persistent and goes above and beyond her job description without being asked. Thanks for all your hard work, Rae!

My favourite part about working at Waterloo Brewing so far is finding solutions to our various problems and the learning experiences I gain from them.
