The Boar Award | Shane Wright, Brewer

Shane, also known as "Steady Eddy" has been with Waterloo Brewing for just over a year. He garnered that nickname because of his accommodating, flexible and adaptable attitude. He comes to work every day ready to work, and does so with positivity. Shane is great at pointing out problems without placing blame and is always ready with a solution to make things better. Shane has often stayed late to help and also makes himself available to new teammates via text when he's not working. He's a real team player!

I took the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management Program at Niagara College
